This year's fireworks competition in Blanes is going to take place from 24/07/2012 to 27/07/2012. The show will begin on each of these days at 22:30 hours on the central beach of Blanes.

Pyrotechnic company of the Ferrandez Brethren has been recently gaining a lot of popularity. Their show combines tradition and modern engineering ideas. The family business of Ferrandez Brothers pleasantly surprised the audience of Blanes in the past year (2011). And this year they promised to prove that they are the best and win the contest for the second year in a row.
Ferrandez Brothers Pyrotechnics: Winners of the International Fireworks Contest of Costa Brava 2011, winners of international contest in Alicante in 2010 and in 2012, second place in the international competition of fireworks in Burgos in 2012.

The company Zio Piro is located at the foot Etna. Apparently, such a close proximity to the volcano helps it to be the leading pyrotechnic company in Europe.
The pyrotechnic company Zio Piro has a very extensive list of honors and awards. In addition, it is a regular participant in international symposia on pyrotechnics.

José Manuel Crespo is nowadays regarded as one of the best pyrotechnic in Valencia. His ability to create a unique rhythm, makes each of his fireworks show vivid and memorable.
He is the winner of the International Fireworks Competition Costa Brava in 2008, in Pamplona in 2009, second place in Tarragona in 2010.

The company was founded way back in 1876 and dedicated its "body and soul" to fireworks. A young team in an old company with a long history has more than 80% of the material of its own production, which is superior in quality and safety of current rules and regulations.
Pyrotechnics Valecea-Pir won first place in Vitoria in 2004 and second in 2009. In San Sebastian in 2010, they took third place, and this year are going to contend for first place in the competition of fireworks in Blanes.
